Claims, underwriting, collections, customer operations. We take the one that costs the most.
We learn it cold. We sit with the people who do the work until we can do it ourselves. Then we rebuild the process as software and run it inside the client's walls for as long as it saves money.
Why Dubai
The UAE named the world's first AI minister in 2017, and Dubai has a Chief AI Officer in every government entity. The National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 targets AED 335B of growth.

Four jobs, all in person in Dubai:

Base pay goes up to $200,000 a year, set by seniority. Equity grants and a transparent, uncapped bonus come on top. Income tax is 0%. We handle the visa and the relocation.

The deal

A base fee for doing the work right, plus a share of the savings we prove against the client's baseline. Most of our money is in the share.
Savings are measured over years, so the contracts are long.
