Train ambition through your surroundings
Ambition can develop through repeated exposure to people who attempt difficult work.
The scale of your expectations is partly learned. What seems normal depends on the people and examples around you. A demanding environment can make you reconsider a limit you previously accepted.
Spend time with people whose work enlarges your view. Notice how they turn goals into action. Let their standards challenge the assumption that your present limit is permanent.
You still need evidence. Ambition creates a reason to attempt difficult work. It does not make every belief correct or every decision good.
