Teach and discuss
Explanation exposes gaps that private study can hide.
Try to explain an idea in simple language. If you cannot identify its essential parts, return to the source and examine your confusion. Questions from other people reveal where your explanation fails. They can also reveal where your own understanding fails.
Discuss ideas with people who can disagree usefully. A shared reading practice can give a team a common language. The goal is not to repeat the same conclusions. The goal is to make disagreement clearer and decisions better.
Allow time for reflection. Constant input can leave little space to connect ideas. A pause can be useful when it helps you return with greater clarity. Judge learning by what changes in your understanding and behavior.
