Review debt and costs directly
A delayed payment buys time; it does not automatically solve the underlying obligation.
A deferral or a loan can provide room to act. It can also move today’s problem into a larger future burden. Examine what income would support repayment under weaker conditions.
Review expenses line by line. Identify the purpose, owner, and importance of each commitment. Ask what protects delivery, customer value, and the ability to continue.
Control new discretionary spending while you regain visibility. Contact providers where a different scope, price, or schedule could work. A clear renegotiation differs from pretending that an obligation disappeared.
Evaluate cheaper methods by the work the company actually needs now. Extra features can be useful in normal conditions and unnecessary during a severe constraint. The aim is a viable operation, not the ideal version of every tool.
