Accept mistakes without worshipping them
A mistake has value when it produces knowledge that changes your next action.
Fear of error can consume the time that an experiment needs. You cannot remove every uncertainty before you start. At some point, you must put your understanding in contact with reality.
A failed attempt can reveal a weak assumption, a poor offer, or the wrong customer group. That information matters only if you use it. Repetition without learning is persistence in error.
Money can provide a clear signal because a customer must make a choice. Revenue shows that someone will pay for the value you offer. A loss can reveal a problem that enthusiasm concealed. These signals require interpretation; they do not remove judgment.
Keep early mistakes inexpensive where possible. Your first budget is partly a budget for learning. A costly mistake is not automatically a better lesson. The aim is to learn enough to act more effectively.
