Keep a project open to rejection
Let evidence create the company instead of using a company to justify an unsupported project.
An official structure can make an idea feel more real. It can also make the idea harder to abandon. Once people have titles, premises, and public commitments, they can continue for reasons unrelated to customer value.
Develop the project before you add unnecessary structure. Keep the freedom to change the offer, the market, and the method. A project can stop with less emotional weight than an identity built around a company.
This does not make necessary administration optional. It means that administration should serve real activity. An office, a business card, or an impressive announcement does not establish demand.
Ask whether the problem deserves the work. Ask whether your response helps anyone. Ask whether you still want the life that the project requires. Honest answers protect more than money. They protect time.
