Make the next result concrete
A small measurable result gives the next week a useful direction.
A large ambition can remain too vague to guide action. Convert it into something the team can attempt now. Make a first sale, solve a repeated customer problem, or improve a part of the product.
Keep the horizon short enough that you can use what you learn. At the end of the period, review the result and choose the next step. The plan should change when the evidence changes.
This process builds capability over time. A modest result can fund a larger test. A better product can reveal a stronger market. What later looks like a grand vision can grow from this sequence of concrete improvements.
