Review the evidence each week
A short review connects what you did with what you learned.
Record your work, meetings, messages, and distractions during a normal week. Compare the time used with the value created. This can reveal a gap between your stated priorities and your actual behavior.
Use a simple review:
- State the question that the week’s work was meant to answer.
- Record the action or offer that you tested.
- Describe what customers actually did.
- Separate that observation from your explanation of it.
- Identify what remains uncertain.
- Choose the next useful action and a short deadline.
Keep evidence that contradicts your expectation. It may be the most useful result of the week. Change the next action when the evidence requires it.
