You can make a meaningful difference before most people choose your product.
A company can start with a small group that directly values its work. It does not need universal agreement. The group can grow as the company improves the offer and reaches more people.
This makes a narrow beginning compatible with a broad purpose. You can serve one community well, learn from it, and extend the method. Each stage creates its own evidence.
Different products can also exist beside each other. Your company does not always need to eliminate every alternative. It needs a useful place in the lives of the people it serves.
Concentrate on the first meaningful improvement. Large impact begins with real changes for particular people.
