Give people a clear reason to choose you
A distinct position serves a defined audience better than a vague promise to everyone.
Describe the change the customer can expect. Features matter because of the result they enable. Explain which problem the product removes and why your approach fits this audience. Use language that a satisfied customer can repeat.
Some people will not want the choice you make. That is compatible with a useful product. Do not weaken the offer each time someone outside the target group dislikes it. Examine relevant criticism while preserving a coherent direction.
A strong identity can give customers a reason to feel part of the project. It must connect to real value. Controversy, exclusivity, or noise cannot replace a working product. The experience should support the story.
