Keep the promise clear
An incomplete product can earn trust when its limits and commitments are clear.
A product does not need every possible feature before it reaches customers. It does need to deliver the useful result it promises. Missing a secondary feature differs from failing at the main task. Keep that distinction visible when you choose what to launch.
When something fails, the response becomes part of the product experience. Explain the limitation without hiding responsibility. Work to resolve the problem. Customers can support an improving product when they trust the people behind it.
Do not ask customers to reward your effort instead of their own result. They may admire the ambition, but they still need the service. Connect the future you describe to improvements they can experience. Trust needs both a credible direction and present value.
